Virtual Skin Consultation
A virtual skin consultation you do not have to book
Most virtual skin consultations are a video call with a person. Twenty minutes, usually by appointment, often with a fee, sometimes free if there is a product range at the end of it.
Those are worth having. A good practitioner on a call will notice things and ask questions that no software will. But they have a scheduling problem, which is that the moment you most want to know something about your skin is rarely a moment when somebody is available.
This is the other kind. Photograph your face and get the assessment now.
What You Get, and When
What you get, and when.
Immediately: a structured assessment of your skin, a Beauty Score, and a treatment pathway in plain language. No diary and no waiting room. Your first seven days are free and include two consultations, after which membership starts at $29 a month.
What a Human Consultation Still Does Better
What a human consultation still does better.
We would rather be straight about this than oversell.
A practitioner takes a history. They will ask what you have tried, what reacted, what medication you are on, what happened last time somebody put a needle near your face. They will look at how your skin moves. They can be handed a jar and tell you the problem is in it. None of that is in a photograph.
What this does is give you and them the same structured starting point, so that if you do go on to see somebody, the first ten minutes are not spent establishing basics.
What This Is Not
What this is not.
A cosmetic skin assessment, not a medical device. It does not diagnose disease, it does not detect skin cancer, and it is not a substitute for examination by a qualified medical professional. A consultation with software is not medical advice and nothing here should be treated as such.

Built by somebody who runs the in-person version.
Michelle Vernon is a practicing master injector and still consults with clients. The tool is shaped by the in-person consultation rather than designed around it — the assessment is written to be read aloud, and phrased as a conversation rather than a prescription.
