What it costs.

Worth being exact, because the word “free” gets used loosely in this category.

Your first seven days are free and include two consultations. After that, membership starts at $29 a month, with Premium at $59 and VIP at $99. You can cancel any time before the trial ends.

You will need an email address to start — we send a code rather than asking you to make a password, and your consultation and photographs are saved to your account so you can come back to them.

What you get.

A structured assessment of your skin, a Beauty Score, and a treatment pathway in plain language. It is written to be read and kept rather than to drive an immediate purchase, which is why it survives being screenshotted and shown to somebody else.

What you are not getting.

This is a cosmetic skin assessment. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose disease, it does not detect skin cancer, and it is not a substitute for examination by a qualified medical professional. If something on your skin worries you, see a doctor — that is not a disclaimer we are obliged to write, it is the correct advice.

It is also not a diagnosis of a condition, not a prescription, and not a beauty rating. The Beauty Score describes the condition of your skin, not how you look.

Two products, one platform.

Reasonable thing to wonder about. There are two separate things here. Individuals subscribe for their own analysis and ongoing guidance. Medspas and clinics license the platform to run consultations under their own branding, which is a different product at a different price.

We would rather say that plainly than have you wonder what the catch is.
