Michelle Vernon is a practicing master injector and the CEO of Body Studio Skincare. She founded MedSpa Blueprint AI after a decade of running consultations herself and finding that the hardest part was never the treatment — it was getting client and practitioner to see the same face the same way.

She was named one of Jamaica's Top 30 Female Entrepreneurs in 2022.

Why she built this

A consultation is a judgement call made in a few minutes, under pressure, often with a client who has already decided what they want from something they saw online. Michelle built MedSpa Blueprint AI to put structure under that conversation: a consistent assessment, a shared vocabulary, and something the client can take home and think about.

She continues to practice. The platform is tested against real clients in a real treatment room before it reaches anyone else's.

What she works on

Medical aesthetics and injectables. Medspa operations and the economics of a treatment room. Skin analysis and how to make it legible to the person whose face it is.
